I’ll never forget my first conversation with Josh when I asked him WHY he wanted to do P90x. His answer was that he just wanted to complete something. I told Josh that I knew more people who have tried, trained for, and completed marathons than who have tried and completed P90x, so completing P90x would be quite an accomplishment!
I placed Josh into a strong challenge group and he quickly became the drum beater of the group. He was the most consistent person posting in the entire group posting EVERY worksheet and posting up his front pose picture along with his weekly weigh ins.
I NEVER heard Josh complain. I NEVER heard Josh make an excuse….EVER.
He only expressed slight dissapointment when he went a week without gaining any weight, but he was willing to adapt and we reviewed his nutrition and found a way to get in more calories busting through his plateau. The result is what you see in the 90 day transformation below. Josh says he plans on being Wolverine for Halloween, and I look forward to his continued success in my Halloween Challenge Group!

Little did I know that earlier this year she would contact me and decide to take the Beachbody Challenge with Les Mills Combat
We first worked on her nutrition and then I placed in her a Challenge Group of rockstars doing P90x and she posted up her accountability and got the support and motivation of others going through transformations. Now she is an inspiration and a great example of how hard work can pay off! She has 60 more days until summer and she plans to continue her journey with Chalean Extreme! Well done Laruen!
For everyone that does not believe that a 20 lb gain is possible in 90 days, let me introduce you to Aaron C. Day, after day, after day I have seen Aaron post his Body Beast worksheets to his Facebook Challenge Group, and week after week after week, Aaron’s weekly accountability pictures kept showing the results of his hard work.
There’s nothing magical here. There is no secret. You just do 6 simple things per day. Workout, and eat 5 times. Do this and your incremental improvements will compound over time. Whether you are bulking up, or simply losing weight. You will not go hungry. You will not eat weird foods. I will ask you to eat a balanced diet which WILL INCLUDE carbs. Carbs are good for you..just ask Aaron, as 50% of all his calories over the last 90 days came from carbs on a 3000+ calorie diet.
I have just decided that if you want something bad enough you will find a way to get it. I talk to many people who just make excuses for why they do not have results…why they are quitting, or why they will not start, why they did not get out of bed, why they did not go to bed earlier…or why they cannot do in one year, what Aaron just did in 90 days. These same people will try to label the ones who are making efforts…
