Just how strong can you get on Body Beast?

Filmed this 1 week after finishing Body Beast.  Weighing in at 187 pounds, I did the following weights on the Giant Set of Build Back.

Giant Set:
Reverse Grip Rows: 175 lbs for 8 reps
Single Arm Dumbbell Rows: 65 lbs for 8 reps
Reverse Dumbbell Flys: 30 lbs for 8 reps
